3. What Information We Collect & How
- Website Users: contact details you submit, résumé data you choose to send, cookies/device metadata.
- Researchers & Developers: registration email & password, payout email, support communications.
- Survey & Offer Respondents: survey/offer answers, optional contact info, hashed Advertising ID, IP, device info, coarse location (or GPS if you grant permission), reward balances.

5. Platform-Specific Disclosures
5.1 Google Play (Data Safety)
- All data types, purposes, sharing, deletion practices above are declared in Play Console
- Advertising ID is used only for analytics, anti-fraud, attribution, and reward verification, never for unrelated advertising.
- Precise location permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) is requested only if an individual offer requires it.
5.2 Apple App Store (App Privacy & ATT)
- Privacy Nutrition Labels mirror the table in §2.
- We present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing the Advertising Identifier. Declining disables personalised surveys/offers.
6. How We Share Information
- With Customers: – aggregated or item-level Response Data for market-research and reward validation.
- With Service Providers: cloud hosting, analytics, anti-fraud, payment platforms, acting under contract.
- With Business Partners: powering surveys/offers – hashed identifiers and non-identifiable demographic segments for profiling and attribution.
- Corporate Transactions: your data may transfer if our business is sold or reorganised.
- Legal & Safety: disclosure if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information and have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.
7. Your Choices & Controls
- Marketing Opt-out: Unsubscribe links in messages or email privacy@pocketsfull.ai.
- Developers: Enable/disable survey or offer features in dashboards.
- Data Requests & Deletion: Email help@pocketsfull.ai with your device ID to access, correct, port, restrict, or erase data. Deletion requests cascade to integrated vendors where feasible.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions requiring higher age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Log Files, Cookies & Device IDs
We log IP addresses, browser/device details, and timestamps for security and analytics. Cookies and SDK tracking run only after consent; required cookies for authentication are always active. You may opt-out of device-ID use and cookies by emailing help@pocketsfull.ai with your device ID.
10. Security
We employ TLS encryption in transit, at-rest encryption, access controls, and routine audits. No Internet service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect data.
11. International Transfers
Data is processed in the United States and may be transferred internationally under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
12. Your Rights
- EU/EEA/UK: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent, lodge complaints.
- California & select U.S. states: Right to know, delete, non-discrimination.

13. Do-Not-Track & Third-Party Tracking
We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. Third-party tracking beyond our control may occur.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced on the Website and a new "Last updated" date will appear. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance.
